Happy New Year!
I really miss playing with you guys. I have yet to find any game that has given me the satisfaction Daoc's pvp provided. WoW broke my spirit in about a year. Warhammer made me want to slit my wrists in less then a year. Currently I am playing Aion and so far (after post going to the nearest lumber yard to knock on as much wood as I can find.) its fun and the pvp is looking like it may be fun. The pvp starts early via rifts into enemy territory which is nice. The fortress fights are less then what I was hoping for but I have only gone on about three fortress raids and these were mostly undefended. I hope eventually the fortress fights will prove as satisfying as the ones we had in Daoc.
Well cheers guys may 2010 be the best year ever for all of us! Happy Gaming!

Hey guys nice to see you doing well and still gaming. I have to say Aion has the polish of Warcraft and the playability which reminds me of Daoc. It has a very nice crafting system, one in which you can actually make good money if you don't mind gathering. On the bright side you do get xp for gathering and crafting. There is no zerging unless your doing a fortress take or defense with most pvp being groups or smaller. Zerging could change in the future if sides get organized enough. If you guys decide to check it out I am on server Marchutan. Toon names are Geebus, Peona and Jagari.
Take care!
