Where is the server population

I have noticed for the last week or so that the server seems to be much less populated, queus are long to get into rvr and when you do get in there it is not close to being full. I was talking to Redrin last night and he had been waiting in a queue for like over an hour. Any ideas ?

I have noticed the steady decline myself and now they are offering transfers off Sylvania.
I can't imagine that helping population out lol.
